This class focuses on relationship-building and maintenance when it comes to common difficult behaviors in the workplace, and what to do about them. Targeted for anyone who, from time to time, must work with people who appear to be set on making life difficult, participants will learn how to prepare and anticipate the difficult behavior and how to stop it on the spot in order to keep things moving. Discover and practice solid, repeatable, time-honored techniques for working effectively with individuals who (intentionally or unintentionally) interfere with the work we’re trying to do.
