Sinikka Waugh

Meet Your Trainer: Sinikka Waugh

Sinikka Waugh, President and Founder of Your Clear Next Step, spends her days teaching people to have better workplace interactions, prayerfully hoping that through her relentless positivity, grace-filled teaching, and firm commitment to the Gospel, that others will see and be drawn closer to Christ. Sinikka is a Rotarian and is consistently active in the faith community, including hosting an annual women’s retreat in the Fall in Warren County, leading worship on Sunday mornings at her church, and writing and leading Bible studies.

Sinikka holds a BA from Central College, an MA from the University of Iowa, and is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute (PMI). Sinikka and her husband Spencer live in Indianola, Iowa with their two teenage daughters, and a cat named Scout that has made her way into the family’s hearts, even though they’re all allergic.
