This class is designed to demystify the project lifecycle to members of project teams, including (but not limited to!) Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Business Leads, Developers, Support by introducing the stages of a project and giving you a better understanding of what goes on in each one.
