Missy is a passionate life coach that believes her spiritual calling is to help people live their best life. She has dealt with her own personal struggles throughout life & has experienced first hand how to transform those difficulties as positive learnings within her own life story. Missy is a certified Master Life & Master Mindset Coach & has the tools to help inspire and motivate others to turn negativity into positive energy so they can take back control of their life. Missy and her husband Mike live in Indianola, Iowa with their children and grandchildren.

About the Sessions
1. True Desires
In your first session, we will reflect on what you believe will create more happiness in your life and why you believe it. Are your desires authentically yours or influenced by others?
2. Limiting Beliefs
We all have limiting beliefs that can hold us back from achieving our fullest potential and experiencing joy. Many times we are unaware of these beliefs. In this session, we will explore what limiting beliefs may be holding you back & how to shatter them.
3. Identity (Ego)
In this session, we will reflect on who you are & discover your true identity. We will discuss how different roles we play and witnessed as children influence us.
4. Time (Remembering vs Experiencing)
Everything talked about prior to this session is around external influences & everything after this session is around internal perspectives. This session focuses on the choices that are made in the moment. We will explore where you may be choosing to focus your energy or attention.
We all have things that we keep repeating (patterns) & conditions (triggers) that cause different emotions. In this session, we will explore your patterns/conditions and provide the tools you need to get wired for joy.
In this session, we will explore all the activities that can be done to help you take your power back and shift your emotions to JOY.
