2. Elicitation Techniques On the Next Level
In the second session, Advanced Communications session has helped you to recognize what people need and how they want it. There are fifty techniques in the BABOK®. Other techniques are valid but are not in BABOK®. The focus will be on Mind Mapping, Observation, SWOT Analysis, and Collaborative Games. Hands on practice of skills learned during last half of session.

The third session addresses the top five techniques. Why are they so popular? How are they used? Deep dive with an advanced set of eyes on how to use these techniques in a better way. The top five techniques are: Prototyping, Requirements Workshop, Interviews, Brainstorming, and Observation. Hands on practice of skills learned during last half of session.

  • Master big-picture thinking

Hands on practice of skills learned during last half of session.

6. Bringing all the Pieces Together
The sixth and final session will start with Judy going through a five-to-ten-minute summary of the highlights for all the sessions. The attendees will select content from one of the sessions to demonstrate how they would teach it to their peers. Depending on number of attendees they may present content from more than one session.
